For pilots only: We understand the challenges of airline scheduling. If you’re awaiting your November schedule, we are happy to extend the RSVP deadline to October 28, 2027.

If we do not hear from you by then, please bring a chair and a sandwich.

Formal attire

We ask that gentlemen wear dark suits and ladies wear floor-length or elegant midi dresses. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed for the occasion!

We have chosen to have an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Downtown for the convenience of our guests. Please mention 'Shrader/Tepas Wedding' when making your reservation.

The Renaissance Toledo Downtown hotel is also available as another option.

Both hotels are conveniently located in downtown Toledo, within approximately one mile of the ceremony and reception venues.

Yes! Parking will be available at both the church and The Toledo Club.

The Toledo Club offers ample parking with on-site security.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

The church, reception venue, and recommended hotels are all conveniently located within approximately one mile of one another in downtown Toledo.

Lyft and Uber are widely available in Toledo if you are traveling in.

Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight at The Toledo Club and take an Uber at the end of the evening if they prefer.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 2:30 and 2:45pm to allow ample time to find their seats.

The church doors will close at 2:50pm.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

However, guests are invited to join us for our church exit and evening sparkler send-off. We recommend bringing a coat for these brief outdoor celebrations.

Yes! A coat check will be available at The Toledo Club for your convenience.

We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain tucked away during the ceremony. Our photographers will capture these special moments, allowing everyone to be fully present and celebrate alongside us.

Following the ceremony, we welcome you to take as many photos as you’d like!

For those wishing to continue the celebration, please join us for an after-party beginning at 10:30pm. Location details will be provided closer to the wedding.
